Six steps to building your dream

For almost 15 years Integrity Homes Inc has been helping people just like you improve their homes. This is how we work with you:

1. Develop your dream.     You have ideas and Integrity Homes wants to see them become a reality.  We will assist you in finding a designer or architect who will meet with you and develop your plans.

 2. Choose your materials.    During the design phase, we will help you select the products, materials and finishes to complete your project.

3. Develop a budget.  Your plans are now completed and its time to make a budget.  Integrity Homes and its subcontractors will do an on-site review to develop a project budget that fits your needs.

4. Receive Proposal . You will receive a project proposal outlining the scope of the project, product specifications and a detailed project budget.

5. Sign Contract. Contracts protect everyone.  Our detailed contracts include projected start and completion dates.

6. Begin Construction. Relax, knowing that competent hands are working to insure your plans will be completed on time and within budget.
